i kid you not... mom just found out my dad ran off on his second wife with a 14 or 15 year old girl. no big surprise now that i think about it. it is quite a common practice in more rural places of Guerrero but i have been living in the U.S. for so long, i kind find that scenario a bit disturbing......

When you hire someone to read a book on CD you should make sure they are literate. Make sure they can pronounce words properly. So I'm reading "New Moon", book two in Stephenie Meyer's vampire series. It's pretty good, but it could have used a better editor. She uses the word 'familiar' WAY TOO...

Have you ever wanted to call someone out for their actions but instead just sat, fuming?  Maybe it was that non-handicapped person who parked in the handicapped space, or the guy who tried to pass you in traffic, only to slow down once he got in front of you?

Well, here's your place to vent, tell the world what happened, and (possibly) share photos of the transgressors!  Tell the world you're not happy, and say, "I Declare SHENANIGANS!"

(Note: Declaring Shenanigans has stemmed from a number of sources, but was made popular on the South Park episode "Cow Days", where the boys declared shenanigans on a group of carnival workers who were out to scam them.  As a result, the entire town of South Park grabbed their brooms and destroyed the carnival.)
